Gale's Root Beer

Gale's Root Beer is the creation of Chef Gale Gand, a partner at TRU and former host of the Food Network’s “Sweet Dreams.” She started making her own root beer after living in England for awhile and not having it.

Gale's Root Beer is a spice lover’s dream come true. It has loads of cinnamon and ginger complementing more traditional root beer flavors and some creamy vanilla. It bites hard like a ginger beer. The after taste fades with cinnamon, ginger, and vanilla to give an amazing finish to a truly unique soda. It is well carbonated and foams up when poured.
