During the final seconds of churning Bliss Artisan uses the base of their ice cream, tempered Ghirardelli dark chocolate is poured into the mix causing a freezing and "crackling" of the chocolate. Carefully roasted raspberries are then folded in to create a delicate, balanced ice cream.
